Countertops:
JUAN offers over 90 decors countertops single-color, fancy and wood-like structures occurring in the surface structures: pea, smooth mat, gloss, wood and stone structures.
Core countertops it is made of raw chipboard. The top layer (decorative) is made of CPL or HPL laminate with a printed pattern reinforced with an overlay layer. This layer is soaked with melamine resin, which makes the laminate better protected against water and has greater abrasion resistance.
Laminates used in production countertops they meet European standards. Characterized by:
- high mechanical strength, - high resistance to UV rays (they do not discolor when exposed to light), - high surface hardness (scratches, abrasion), - resistance to high temperature (short contact with the surface countertop) - resistance to dirt (liquids such as tea, coffee, juices, red wine, vinegar, ink do not soak into the laminate surfaces and leave no permanent stains), - resistance to detergents (e.g. dishwashing liquid does not damage the laminate) .
The bottom side countertops it is covered with backing paper, and the place of its connection with the laminate is secured with a polyurethane strip, which creates an exceptionally strong joint resistant to water or chemicals.
Countertops: are produced by the postforming method. During production countertops the laminate is folded and hot glued to the appropriately profiled edge of the board.
As a result of the production process and the raw materials used countertops in operation they do not require any special maintenance.
Typical dimensions countertops JUAN: length 3050mm and 4200mm (for selected decors) width - 600mm, thickness - 28mm and 38mm. Standard profiles countertops for a thickness of 28 mm it is LR14, and for a thickness of 38 mm it is U2R5. Narrow edges countertops they can be finished with laminates in colors identical to the decors countertops or rim of PVC and ABS.
An interesting product of JUAN is Blat with individual print. The customer decides what graphics / photos he would like to have on the countertop. It is enough to provide a graphic file with a minimum resolution of 150 dpi in the TIFF extension in CMYK or RGB.
