Complaints Policy

Dear Customer

In order for your complaint to be processed, please send it to the e-mail address [Email protected] :

  1. legibly filled in the Complaint Form
  2. photos showing the defects of the goods.

The basis for considering the complaint is to have a document confirming the purchase (invoice, receipt or confirmation of card payment).

The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Complaint Report along with photos documenting the defects of the goods.
