In order for your complaint to be considered, it should be sent to the e-mail address [email protected] :
- legibly filled in the Complaint Form
- photos showing the defects of the goods.
The basis for considering the complaint is having a document confirming the purchase (invoice, receipt or card payment confirmation).
The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Complaint Notification along with photos documenting the defects of the goods.
