DESCRIPTION:
Universal joinery glue in D2 class based on vinyl dispersion with addition of modifying and enriching agents.
It creates a transparent joint, does not contain organic solvents and formaldehyde, it is characterized by good adhesion to glued materials.
DIRECTIONS:
Before use, the adhesive should be thoroughly mixed. Apply to cleaned surfaces using typical equipment such as brushes, spatulas, rollers. Glued elements and squeeze. The weld obtains full strength after 24 hours.
Optimal gluing conditions:
- temperature of glue and glued materials 15 ÷ 25 ° C
- wood moisture 8 ÷ 12%
- relative air humidity 50 ÷ 80%.
Other parameters:
- open time 8 ÷ 10 minutes
- average pressing time at 18 ÷ 22 ° C in the case of structural bonding 3 ÷ 10 minutes, in the case of block gluing hardwood 12 ÷ 15 minutes, in the case of bonding soft grades and chipboard 8 ÷ 13 minutes.
