In the Postforming laminate collection you will find over over 90 decors Solid-color, fanciful, and wood-effect countertops. Various surface textures—matte, gloss, pea, wood, or stone—allow you to perfectly match your countertop to both modern and classic kitchens.

Postforming collection countertops

We produce countertops using modern postforming technology. During countertop production, the laminate is bent and hot-glued to a suitably profiled board edge.

Our Postforming collection countertops – construction:

  • base material - three-layer chipboard
  • top layer of the countertop and profiled edges – high-quality decorative laminate HPL, CPL
  • bottom layer - moisture-resistant backing paper
  • the place where the laminate meets the backing paper is sealed and secured with a polyurethane adhesive joint

We are the only Polish manufacturer to have used modern technology to reinforce the front of the tabletop with a flexible chipboard veneer, thanks to which the rounded surface of the tabletop is perfectly smooth and more resistant to mechanical damage.

Countertops from the Eighteenth Collection

Slim countertops from the Eighteenth Collection are manufactured in selected laminate finishes from the Postforming Collection, for which we have selected design-matching edges. The delivery program in this case is the price list for this product.

  • base material - three-layer chipboard
  • upper worktop layer – high-quality decorative laminate HPL, CPL
  • bottom layer - counter-tension laminate
  • long edge of the countertop – ABS edge

Width: 635*, 920, 1200 mm
Length: 3050 mm
Long edges glued one-sided or double-sided edge

* 635 mm countertops are veneered on one side, other widths are veneered on both sides.

Internal laminated window sills

Laminated interior window sills are manufactured using postforming technology. The three-layer chipboard is covered with a durable and abrasion-resistant laminate. The colors of the window sills match the decors of JUAN countertops.

Our window sills have:

  • technical approval of the Building Research Institute (ITB).

We only offer the product in longer series, manufactured exclusively to order.

Laminated worktops - accessories

Our offer also includes:

  • laminate strip matched to each table top (with or without glue),
  • side edging strips,
  • angular strips - for joining the tops at right angles in the letter "L",
  • slot strips - for extending countertops,
  • laminate strip for the table top trim,
  • transparent wall edging strips.
